Blue Diamonds Home Care provides care services to both the private and public sectors, and your needs for care and support are identified through a full and comprehensive assessment which can involve the local authority and clinical commissioning groups. We currently operate within Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
The work of our care workers range from every aspect of personal care and home management for service users with high needs (e.g. bathing, toileting, dressing, laundry, meal preparation, housework, bills paying etc), to daily monitoring and general support for those who are managing to meet much of their own care needs (e.g. appointments, prompting to take medication, mobility and functional task assistance and general living support amongst others).
